Join an innovative hospitality software solutions provider in Somerset West as a Full Stack Developer. This is a hands-on development role with the opportunity to support the CTO as a 2IC providing exposure to leadership while focusing primarily on designing building and maintaining high-quality software applications.
Our client delivers cutting-edge software solutions tailored for the hospitality industry. You will work across the full stack contributing to application architecture development and deployment. While the core focus is on hands-on software development this role also offers the chance to assist the CTO in leadership responsibilities including mentoring junior developers and supporting technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test and maintain full stack software applications (C# .NET Angular).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Participate in code reviews architectural planning and technical decision-making.
- Support the CTO as 2IC providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Explore and integrate new technologies and frameworks to drive innovation.
- Contribute to project planning estimation and documentation.
- Minimum 5 years experience in professional C# development.
- Experience with Angular is preferred.
- Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior developers is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
- Hospitality industry knowledge is an advantage.
