Job type: Full time

Schedule: Standard Daytime hours Monday-Friday

Starting wage: $21.25/hr and up (negotiable based on experience)

What Youll Do

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative support to the efficient operation of the location by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

You will

• Create correspondence and conduct work on special projects.
• Answer phone calls and direct calls throughout the operation.
• Process vendor returns and issue corresponding credit memos accurately and promptly.
• Maintain paper and electronic records create and manage spreadsheets generate reports compile date and perform basic analysis.
• Resolve customer billing disputes facilitate issue resolution process returns and finalize related documentation.
• Provide backup support for customer credits and returns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Requirements:

• Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum two years of customer facing office experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows Microsoft Excel Word Outlook internet navigation and Adobe.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
