Schedule: Full-time MondayFriday 9:00 AM6:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $15$17/hour based on experience
- Support Across Classrooms: Step into different age groups as neededfrom infants to preschoolproviding consistency care and curriculum delivery.
- Implement Curriculum: Use our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum to lead fun hands-on learning activities that spark curiosity and growth.
- Build Relationships: Form warm connections with children families and fellow teachers across the center.
- Maintain Routine & Safety: Help with transitions meals and classroom organization while following health and safety protocols.
- Communicate with Care: Share updates with lead teachers and families to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent care.
- High school diploma/GED (required)
- Experience in early childhood education or daycare (preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly and work with multiple age groups
- A positive team-oriented attitude and love for children
- Willingness to learn and grow with curriculum training
