About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst (Azure) tojoin our analytics and AI team in the automotivetechnology selected professional will play a key role in transforming business needsinto data-driven insights supporting the evolution of analytical capabilitiesand fostering a data culture across the organization.

Main Responsibilities
RequirementsAnalysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understandtheir goals pain points and challenges.
UseCase Definition: Translate business problems into actionableuse cases and detailed functional/technical requirements for the data engineeringteam.
DataExploration & Quality: Perform exploratory analysesidentify data sources validate hypotheses and ensure data accuracy andconsistency.
DataStorytelling: Create insightful dashboards reports and visualizationsthat effectively communicate trends patterns and opportunities.
Collaboration:Partner with Data Engineers DataScientists and Product Owners to deliver value-orientedscalable solutions.
Documentation:Maintain structured documentation of requirements data flows and analyticalfindings.
AI& Analytics Advocacy: Promote data-driven decision-makingand support the adoption of AI-basedsolutions across the organization.
Mandatory Requirements
To be considered for this position yourCV must clearly include the following:
Universitydegree in Engineering Mathematics Statistics Economics DataScience or related fields;
5years of experience as a DataAnalyst in cloud-based environments (preferably Azure);
Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure tools:
* Azure Data Lake Storage
* Azure Synapse Analytics
* Azure SQL Database
* Azure Data Factory(including data pipeline understanding);
AdvancedSQL proficiency for data manipulation and analysis;
Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills with the abilityto translate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences;
Proven ability to work collaboratively incross-functional teams;
Fluencyin English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
Valued Certifications (Niceto Have)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900)
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (DA-100 / PL-300)
Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Data Analyst Associate(DP-500)
