How you will make an impact

• Strategic Finance Leadership You align the M&S operating model with Hitachi Energys strategic growth plan support decision-making and lead planning budgeting and forecasting for the Global Function.
• Performance & Productivity You manage financial planning improve sales productivity implement tools to scale performance and translate strategy into measurable business plans.
• Governance & Compliance You ensure strong governance fast decision-making and compliance with financial and operational standards.
• Business Performance You monitor progress provide data-driven insights drive profitable growth and manage cash flow and working capital.
• Risk Management You identify risks define mitigation strategies and ensure effective ERM processes.
• Internal Controls You maintain transparency in reporting support audits and oversee assurance processes.
• Financial Reporting You ensure timely accurate financial data and develop strategies to meet functional goals.
• Communication & Collaboration You promote best practices align Finance and Controlling across BUs and foster consistency.
• People Leadership You attract and develop top finance talent build a high-performing community and support future-ready capability development.

Your background

• You hold a bachelors or masters degree in business administration or finance with over 15 years of relevant experience.
• Youve worked in a global organization and thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of Finance Controlling and Risk Management.
• You think strategically critically and analytically.
• You communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships.
• You bring experience from the Energy Industry.

• Youve led financial workstreams in M&A projects and have solid M&A experience.
