Inspection
Carry out inspections and compile data according to the directives and standards in effect in an efficient and appropriate manner.
When required participate in the realization of work related to the update and the preparation of rolls.

Updating
Performs tasks required to ensure the updating of permits transactions and parcel inspections.
When required assist and carry out the compilation of data according to the directives and standards in effect in an efficient and appropriate manner.

Ce poste est située à Gaspé Québec et nécessite un accès à un véhicule. Cette équipe est formée dune dizaine de professionnels et dinspecteurs à la fois dynamiques et expérimentés et offre un volume de travail varié. Celle-ci vous propose des défis stimulants axés sur linspection de biens immobiliers leurs évaluations lanalyse des tendances du marché la recherche ainsi que lutilisation doutils novateurs.

Responsabilités clés:

  • Inspecter des propriétés résidentielles et agricoles à la suite de lémission dun permis dune vente ou du maintien dinventaire;

  • Recueillir les données nécessaires à lévaluation des bâtiments résidentiels et agricoles tout en respectant les exigences réglementaires à laide dun appareil électronique;

  • Dessiner les croquis dans le système informatique.

  • Être autonome et gérer son temps efficacement;

  • Communiquer avec aisance et faire preuve dun bon service à la clientèle;

  • Organiser de façon méthodique et posséder des attitudes proactives;

  • Maîtriser de façon simultanée des aptitudes de communication et de saisie de données;

  • Maîtriser des outils informatiques;

  • Être curieux avoir un sens dobservation développé et disposer dun intérêt daccroitre ses connaissances dans le domaine de lévaluation;

  • Détenir un permis de conduire valide et une automobile.

Compétences clés:

  • Détenir un diplôme détudes collégiales (DEC) en Technologie de lévaluation immobilière ou en estimation en bâtiment OU une attestation détudes collégiales (AEC) en évaluation immobilière ou estimation en bâtimentOU toute combinaison de formation ou dexpérience jugée pertinente et équivalente sera considérée.

  • Parler anglais

  • Lemployé doit travailler trente-cinq (35) heures par semaine pour satisfaire aux exigences du poste et selon les mandats octroyés. Flexibilité dans lhoraire de travail. Conciliation travail-famille.
