About the Role
We are looking for a Senior TIBCO Developer to join the Files Exchanges & TransformationSquad within the CoreCapabilities role is focused on the designdevelopment and optimization of TIBCO-based solutions thatsupport key enterprise integration and data transformation processes.
The ideal candidate is an expert in TIBCO BusinessWorks andrelated technologies with solid experience in integration patternsservice-oriented architectures (SOA) and high-performance middlewaresolutions.
You will contribute to end-to-end softwaredelivery ensuring compliance with internalarchitecture standards codequality and bestpractices in design documentation and testing.
Main Responsibilities
Development & Implementation
Design and implement TIBCO BusinessWorks componentsand integration workflows according to architecture guidelines.
Develop configure and document solutionsincluding deployment and userguides.
Perform unittesting integration testing and performance validationensuring robust and reliable deployments.
Industrialize and optimize TIBCO processes forscalability and maintainability.
Specifications & Quality Assurance
Participate in the definition of functional and technicalspecifications ensuring full alignment with business needs andsystem requirements.
Conduct codereviews and ensure compliance with internal development and security standards.
Prepare testplans and validate deliverables before production deployment.
Support & Continuous Improvement
Provide technicalsupport for platform users troubleshoot issues and proposecorrective measures.
Identify and implement enhancements and process optimizationsacross the platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams toensure smooth integration with other enterprise systems.
Mandatory TechnicalRequirements
To be considered your CV must clearlyinclude the following:
6years of professional experience in integration developmentwith a focus on TIBCO technologies;
Proven expertise with the TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorksecosystem including:
* TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks
* TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS)
* TIBCO Hawk
* TIBCO ActiveSpaces;
Strong experience in:
* XML / XSD (Expert)
* SOAP / WSDL Services (Expert)
* RESTful APIs and OpenAPI Specifications(Expert);
Experience with Java/JEE development (Practice level);
Hands-on experience in technical documentation(design specs deployment guides and user manuals).
Nice to Have
Additional skills thatwill be a plus:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines andversion control tools (e.g. Git Jenkins).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
Exposure to microservices-based architecturesand modern integration patterns.
Language Skills
English:Expert (mandatory).
Additional languages (French Portuguese) are anadvantage.
Soft Skills
Strong analyticalthinking and problem-solvingskills;
Excellent communicationand collaboration within technical teams;
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and documentation;
Proactive and self-driven able to workindependently and in agile environments;
