Synertex LLC is seeking an experienced Training Scheduler to coordinate and manage training resources at Greencove Springs FL. The Scheduler will ensure efficient allocation and scheduling of Training Aids Devices Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) and support units across Active Reserve and National Guard components.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule training sessions and allocate TADSS resources in accordance with unit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate training calendars and coordinate with TSC Leads STIs and operational staff.
  • Ensure deconfliction of training resources across multiple units and exercises.
  • Generate reports on training utilization and support planning and readiness assessments.
  • Assist with system updates documentation and tracking of training resource usage.

REQUIREMENTS:

Security:

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must successfully complete a government suitability determination prior to employment.

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in scheduling operations coordination or training management.
  • Proficiency with Army training management systems (e.g. RFMSS TS-MATS).
  • Strong organizational problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to support multiple units and adjust schedules based on training priorities.
