Job Summary

We are currently looking for 1 x Multi Skilled Operatives to join our Voids team working across empty properties to ensure that our homes are ready for incoming customers. This is a key role in helping us to deliver safe affordable homes and in a first-class customer focused approach.

We are looking for enthusiastic colleagues who want to provide high-quality work and be a part of our home service team VOIDS who can also adapt to any work streams should we require.

  • Multi-Skilled Operatives- Salary 34922.06 per annum (For our in-house repairs team)

What we need from you

Do you have previous experience in social housing property maintenance or construction

Are you committed to putting the customer at the heart of what you do as we champion our customers

We employ colleagues who are passionate about making a difference and will take responsibility to get things will need to be flexible in your approach and able to take part in the out-of-hours call-out service. (Role dependent). You must also hold a full valid driving license.
