Therefore we seek to hire teachers who demonstrate a mindset and skill set that prioritizes cultural competence equity and justice in their practice with students and in their work with colleagues.About the position: Shady Hill School is seeking two Middle School Boys Basketball Coaches for the winter season. The season begins with practices on December 4 2025 and concludes on February 5 2026. Practices are held on Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:155:00 PM. Games may be scheduled on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays. Coaches must be available at 2:20 PM on game days to travel with the team to away games.Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with a co-coach to plan practices and prepare for games
- Create a supportive and inclusive team environment where all student-athletes feel valued
- Communicate effectively with student-athletes families and colleagues
