Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Winchester is growing and looking to add a Client Care Representative to join our customer-focused team. This top performing individual will be based out of our Winchester location. This role is all about making a great first impressionanswering phones quickly accurately booking service calls handling all aspects of lead qualification and introducing customers to our valuable club membership program.

- Competitive hourly pay ($15$20/hr depending on experience)

- Full-time schedule with consistent hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in professional & courteous manner while providing excellent customer service
Scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians
Maintain sales friendly mindset to explain & promote our club memberships.
Complete work orders & return customer calls
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Self-motivated driven to provide exceptional customer service active listening communication skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
Prior experience in a high-volume call center or similar customer service role
Knowledge of scheduling/dispatch software: Service Titan or other scheduling software is a plus

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
