- Must-Haves:
- Experience in niche sourcing (Life Sciences background is a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience
- Proficiency with X-Ray searches advanced Boolean and data mining
- Work Location: Mandaluyong this role will require office presence on scheduled onsite days
- Work Hours: APAC 3rd shift (8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.
- Review large volumes of resumes across multiple platforms to identify qualified candidates efficiently.
- Manage job postings and applications ensuring timely and professional candidate communication.
- Source and engage candidates through online platforms social media and networking especially for hard-to-fill or niche roles.
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies including cold calling email campaigns and recruitment marketing to build and maintain talent communities.
- Conduct pre-screens to assess candidate qualifications experience and cultural fit before presenting to hiring teams.
- Evaluate when to shift from resume reviewing to proactive sourcing based on hiring needs and talent market dynamics.
- Conduct market research on industry trends salary benchmarks and talent availability to inform sourcing strategies.
- Promote the employer brand and highlight career growth opportunities to potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and other sourcing tools.
- Support diversity and inclusion goals by identifying talent from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance sourcing and recruitment efficiency.

- High School diploma required bachelors degree in human resources or any related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.

- Skilled in resume screening sourcing cold calling and candidate pre-screening.
