Job Summary
- 4 years of experience working directly with development teams.
- Good hands-on experience on Node JS & React JS.
- Experience on Agile way of working. And strong Debugging skills
- Good Communication and Client handling skill required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for backlog grooming estimations and design technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure that code adheres to coding standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for projects. And identify technical issues and provide solutions to resolve them.
- Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of technical development methodologies and programming languages (e.g. React JS Node JS)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems. And able to identify process improvements and automation areas.
- Good to have DevOps and Jenkins experience.
- If and when needed lead the small development team to facilitate successful module delivery.
Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
Qualifications :
./MCA/B.E.
