Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical AEM Lead with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 9 years of experience in AEM development and implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of AEM architecture best practices and the ability to lead technical teams in delivering high-quality solutions.

Job Description:

Lead the design development and implementation of AEM solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers designers and developers to deliver seamless digital experiences.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM and its integrations with other systems.
Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
Participate in project planning and estimation providing input on technical feasibility and resource requirements.
Document technical specifications architecture diagrams and deployment processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
Strong proficiency in AEM components templates workflows and OSGi services.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like React or Angular.
Familiarity with back-end technologies including Java and RESTful web services.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git) and build tools (e.g. Maven).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Good to Haves:

AEM certification is a plus.
Experience with cloud-based AEM deployments (AEM as a Cloud Service).
Understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles.
