Job Summary
Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD nestled in Novotel Sydney City Centre our beautiful and vibrant Birdie is looking for a full-time Food & Beverage Attendant.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests. This may be across our breakfast service and in our bustling restaurant for lunch & dinner service.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will:
- Take orders and serve food and beverages with a friendly and positive attitude
- Provide menu recommendations
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of dining spaces and working areas
- Uphold a high standard of guest service to create memorable dining experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications :
- Experience in a similar role or customer facing position
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work 38 hours per week across weekdays & weekends working a rotating roster
- The physical capacity to stand and move for extended periods of time and lift heavy items
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment
- A valid NSW RSA
- Valid Australian working rights
