Assistant Manager Cheeky Squire
Were on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Cheeky Squire buzzing and loved by the locals.
Some called him a rogue some called him a convict some even called him a legend but what we do know is that James Squire was a very cheeky character indeed.
The Cheeky Squire will honour his legacy by celebrating a love of quality craft beers matched with modern pub food made with top local produce from the Mornington Peninsula.
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of the crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift
About you:
- Youve been around the bar bistro or gaming room block and maybe already done some supervising
- Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Youve got a current RSA as per state requirements
