Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Trainer to build and deliver training programs that strengthen technical skills across our fast-growing magnet manufacturing start-up. This role will design hands-on learning experiences to ensure employees understand the safe operation installation programming maintenance and repair of our specialized equipment and processes. Youll play a key role in preparing our workforce to operate efficiently safely and with the highest standards of quality in a dynamic start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver technical training programs aligned with manufacturing operations and business objectives.
- Define learning goals and create training plans to support safe and efficient production.
- Create training materials including outlines manuals lab exercises and assessments tailored to magnet manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Conduct engaging classroom and hands-on sessions covering safety protocols equipment setup production workflows programming and troubleshooting.
- Administer written and practical exams to evaluate employee learning and performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and track individual progress through performance reports.
- Continuously update training content to reflect process improvements new technologies and evolving best practices.
- Collaborate with engineers technicians and operations leadership to align training with production needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required (engineering manufacturing or related field preferred).
- Experience in technical training curriculum development or workforce development in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment safety standards and production workflows.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment where priorities can shift quickly.
