As our Retail Sales Manager you will lead a small but high-impact team of retail sales professionals while managing your own key accounts. Youll drive profitable growth expand market share and strengthen customer partnerships across the Retail channel.

  • DRIVE PROFITABLE SALES GROWTH Lead profitable sales growth efforts through anticipation analysis and action
  • INCREASE MARKET SHARE Lead efforts to increase market share through the following activities
  • LEAD ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES Lead the following essential account management activities

What You Will Bring:

  • Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in retail sales account management and leading sales teams
  • Education: College degree in Business Marketing or related field or equivalent years of experience
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse customer base; good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills with ability to deal with individuals at all levels
