Were looking for a friendly professional and motivated Spa Associate to join our front desk team at Hand & Stone Bloomingdale! If you love providing exceptional guest experiences and working in a relaxing spa environment wed love to meet you.

About the Role

As a Spa Associate youll be the first and last impression for every guest. Youll help create a warm welcoming environment assist guests with check-ins and checkouts answer phone calls schedule appointments and educate guests on our services and membership programs.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly base pay with opportunity for commissions based on:
- Membership conversions
- Retail product sales
Bonus opportunities for performance and milestones
Employee service discounts

*Continued employment is contingent upon maintaining a minimum 25% monthly membership conversion rate.
