About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect tolead the design development and governance of enterprise-level role is ideal for a professional with strong technical expertise inSalesforce architecture and integration who thrives in designing scalable secure and innovativesolutions that drive business transformation in a globalenvironment.
You will work closely with cross-functionalteams from Product Owners to Developers ensuring that business needs aremet through best-in-class Salesforce implementations.
Main Responsibilities
SolutionArchitecture
Define and document the technical architecture of the Salesforceplatform including objects automations integrations and security models.
Ensure solutions are scalable reusable and alignedwith organizational and architectural standards.
Design robust future-proof solutions thatsupport evolving business needs.
System Integration
Architect and oversee integrations with external systems(ERP CRM Data Warehouse etc.) via REST/SOAP APIs MuleSoft Platform EventsExternal Services or Heroku.
Guarantee dataconsistency synchronization and integrity across integratedplatforms.
Technical Governance
Define and enforce development best practicesversion control testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Manage environments through Salesforce DX Scratch Orgs Change Setsand Azure DevOps.
Promote architectural consistency across teamsand projects.
Strategic Collaboration
Work closely with Product Owners Business Analysts andDevelopment Teams to translate functional requirements intotechnical solutions.
Contribute to roadmap planning andsupport the platforms long-term evolution.
Security and Compliance
Design and validate security modelsincluding profiles permission sets and sharing rules.
Ensure compliance with internal security policiesand external regulations such as GDPR.
Mentoring and Technical Leadership
Provide technicalguidance and mentorship to Developers and Administrators.
Conduct codereviews validate technical designs and promote continuousimprovement within the team.
Mandatory Requirements
To be considered your CV must clearlyinclude the following:
University degree in Computer Engineering InformationSystems or a related field;
Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architector in senior technicalleadership roles on the Salesforce platform;
Deep expertise with:
* Sales Cloud Service Cloud ExperienceCloud Platform Events;
* Apex SOQL Lightning Web Components(LWC) and Visualforce;
* Salesforce APIs MuleSoft and ExternalServices;
Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX Git CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps;
Strong understanding of data modeling governance security andperformance optimization;
Experience designing multi-org and multi-cloud architectures;
Proven technicalleadership and ability to influence strategic decisions;
Fluency in Portuguese and English(written and spoken).
