Job Summary
Freight Handler FULL-TIME Palmerston North
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Freight Handler who is looking for a challenge then this might be what youre looking for.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work with a tight crew led by a Distribution Manager. Key responsibilities for this role to unload / load Express Package Freight to ensure timely turnaround of road linehaul and Aircraft.
- Ability to follow instructions well and be a team player.
- Follow OSH standards and implement procedures where necessary.
- Promote and adhere to PARCELINE EXPRESS philosophy of safe efficient on time arrivals and departures
This is a full-time position with the workdays being Monday to Friday with the daily hours worked to be 7:00 pm - 3:00 am.
ABOUT YOU
- Flexible and reliable
- Physically fit and active with a can do attitude and likes to get the job done.
- Passionate about keeping customers happy
- High regard for Health & Safety standards
- The ability to work the night shift
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Must have a valid full class 1 NZ drivers licence
- Must have a clean MOJ and pass a Pre-Employment drug screen
