Key Responsibilities:
Support and sustain the Sales & Business Planning (S&BP) process ensuring collaboration between key areas (sales marketing finance supply quality regulatory).
Work together with the Marketing and Sales teams to consolidate medium and long-term demand forecasts (12 to 36 months) that feed manufacturing capacity plans and investment decisions in inventories.
Identify market trends and the regulatory environment that may impact future demand (changes in INVIMA regulations expiration of health registrations etc.).
Support safety inventory levels and service levels according to the companys commercial and regulatory strategy. Participate and collaborate in the design of product launch strategies transfers and discontinuations ensuring correct alignment with the supply chain.
Lead portfolio segmentation to define planning priorities (critical products high runners low margin etc.).
Analyze and make decisions based on sales marketing and health regulation information to prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts adjusted to business reality working together with areas such as marketing and sales.
Analyze deviations between forecast and actual consumption (forecast accuracy / bias) and propose corrective actions.
Coordinate with international manufacturing lead times of production dispatch dates and shipping windows. Define and maintain planning parameters in the ERP or planning system (MRP settings) such as MOQ transit time purchase batch size etc.
Manage the demand planning process by channel (hospital retail institutional) and by presentation (pharmaceutical form packaging).
Monitor compliance with the import plan and its alignment with repackaging plans. Collaborate on the creation of the monthly SKU x channel forecast of the country based on the construction carried out together with the business.
Load the forecast into the planning system and launch purchase/import orders according to the approved plan aligned with the systems established by the company RR/SAP.
Main requirements:
Indispensable management and data analysis statistical models and Office Tools.
Essential experience in SAP and S4Hanna.
Intermediate English.
Excellent interpersonal relationships conflict resolution analytical thinking * teamwork communication and results orientation.
