About Alvéole
At Alvéole we help the worlds largest property owners and managers make their buildings nature positive. Our Nature & Biodiversity Data Platform combines remote sensing on-site monitoring and environmental indicators to help real estate firms measure benchmark and report on biodiversity performance - in alignment with global frameworks.
We already work with 800 of the top real estate brands across 70 cities in North America and Europe. And now were looking for someone who can help take this new product to the next level.
About the Role
Were hiring an Account Executive Nature & Biodiversity Data to lead the growth of our new biodiversity data product : a first-of-its-kind platform helping ESG and asset management teams understand their nature footprint and make better sustainability decisions.
Youll work directly with our CEO and product team owning the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to proposals negotiation and close. Youll engage with major real estate portfolios across North America the UK and Europe and build trusted relationships with ESG and sustainability leaders who are shaping how the industry approaches nature-related reporting.
This role is a blend of sales product and strategy in one of the most exciting new segments in sustainability tech.
What Youll Do
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for Alvéoles Nature & Biodiversity Data product.
- Build relationships with strategic real estate accounts and sustainability leaders.
- Translate complex frameworks (TNFD CSRD GRESB) into clear actionable business value.
- Work closely with the Product team to relay client feedback and shape our go-to-market strategy.
- Represent Alvéole at sustainability and real estate conferences and events.
- Travel regularly to meet key customers or attend industry events.
Who You Are
- Youve sold B2B products before - ideally SaaS sustainability or proptech.
- Youre deeply curious quick to learn and not afraid of reading a 75-page ESG framework.
- Youre relationship-driven not transactional. You enjoy long sales cycles and building trust.
- Youre autonomous self-organized and thrive with a clear goal and minimal supervision.
- Youre flexible proactive and always looking for creative ways to move things forward.
Qualifications
- 3 years in B2B sales (experience with real estate or ESG clients is a big plus).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot Sales Navigator).
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
