Social Media Coordinator at Chick-fil-A Centennial Hills
- The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for sharing the heart of Chick-fil-A Centennial Hills with our guests and community through engaging creative and intentional online storytelling. This role exists to amplify our presence celebrate our people and showcase the joy of what we are doing both inside the restaurant and throughout the Centennial Hills community. Every post should reflect our mission of being a light in this community.
Core Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Posting- Create and post content that aligns with restaurant marketing goals and Chick-fil-As national campaigns. Capture authentic photos and videos that highlight our team guests and community involvement. Maintain professionalism by ensuring all content is positive inclusive and high-quality.
- Event and Community Coverage - Collaborate with the Events and Community Outreach team to promote and document restaurant events community partnerships and team celebrations. Post about upcoming events and share highlights afterward to increase engagement and awareness.
- Brand and Voice Consistency - Ensure all posts graphics and captions reflect Chick-fil-As brand standards and the restaurants personality. Represent our values with integrity warmth and creativity.
- Engagement and Growth - Engage with followers through comments messages and stories in a kind and professional manner. Look for opportunities to connect with guests and community members online. Continuously seek new ideas to improve engagement and reach.
- Scheduling and Collaboration - Communicate and schedule your week with leadership to plan content creation and posting times. Coordinate with internal leaders to gather content and approvals. Maintain a consistent presence across all platforms.
