The Strategic Partnership Coordinator manages the day-to-day activities that grow strategic partnerships that bring meaningful value to our Legacy Traditional Schools. This role will focus on building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with businesses nonprofits and community organizations that support cobranded marketing initiatives and enrich our students educational experiences. This role will support partnerships across Arizona Texas Nevada North Carolina and South Carolina. Success in this role will be measured by the value each partnership delivers in terms of new student enrollments community and campus activation and family engagement opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research identify and initiate outreach to potential corporate partners at the local and national level aligned with LTS mission and values.
Support the partner contracting marketing negotiation and implementation process.
Research identify and initiate outreach to potential community partners aligned with LTS mission and values.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across LTS campuses to support long-term collaboration.
Support the creation of cobranded marketing plans that promote both LTS and the partner organization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop unique and customized marketing assets.
Track all leads and opportunities generated through partnerships ensuring timely and strategic follow up.
Use CRM tools to manage communications update lead status and report on outcomes.
Support the implementation of partnership-related events at the partnership sites.
Work with campus staff to represent LTS at community events.
Monitor partnership outcomes and report on pre-identified KPIs.
Identify recommendations for improvement based on partnership performance.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Strong understanding of corporate partnership dynamics and community engagement strategies.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset.
2-4 years minimum years of experience in sales and /or marketing tactics specifically with partner activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with CRM/Marketing automation (Hubspot).
Excellent interpersonal skills team-oriented focus and ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities and learning styles.
Ability to work independently set goals prioritize organize and accomplish work.
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Willingness to learn.
A creative mind.
BACKGROUND CHECKS:
The incumbent in this position will be required to pass a criminal history background check.
Must be able to obtain and hold a valid IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card at all times.
PHYSICAL AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position frequently requires the need to lift objects (up to 50 pounds).
This position requires talking on the phone walking standing kneeling and stooping for long periods of time.
Evening and weekend availability for events is occasionally . However some office hours flexibility is available to accommodate these after-hour events.
This position requires the ability to efficiently transport carry and assemble tables booth assets marketing materials and tents for events.
This position requires standing/walking for up to 4 hours at a time.
Must facilitate the above actions year-round including summer months where outside temperatures may be extreme.
