学科建设
1.访问临床及病理医生按时按质的完成相关客户(尤其重点专家)对于疾病领域洞见的收集进行总结分析和反馈
2.组织协调并整合各类治疗领域学术会议推动建立治疗领域治疗规范

疾病全程管理
支持协助患者解决方案经理关注疾病领域全程管理和治疗方案优化

能力与经验
岗位所需胜任力
具备相关疾病领域的基础知识3年以上医药行业工作经验
良好学习能力业务敏锐度较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力
正确的思维和行为 (使命驱动合作共赢成长性思维)
既往有销售/市场/医学经验跨职能工作经验为佳
教育程度/所获资格证书
医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
在试用期内通过RDPAC考试在试用期内完成罗氏所有必修课程
