THE OPPORTUNITY
As a member of our Construction team the Senior Manager/Manager Budget Management plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and consistent project cost management across the portfolio of close partnership with the Build Manager you will support the development forecasting and tracking of construction budgets throughout all project phases. You will ensure standards and deliverables are met budgets are accurately developed and maintained and financial insights are consistently communicated to inform decision-making. By providing support across projects analyzing cost trends and partnering with the Build Managers in achieving budget accuracy this role ensures our projects remains financially disciplined and aligned with overall business objectives. The typical hiring range for this position is $120000 to $170000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge skills and experience.
