What youll be doing:
Provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer including calendar management travel coordination and report preparation.
Support the Director of Logistics Director of Sustainability and Directors of Operations for North & South regions with ongoing projects and initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional projects track deliverables and ensure timely completion of key operational initiatives.
Act as the first point of contact at the Calgary Impact Centre greeting visitors managing calls and maintaining a professional reception area.
Handle internal and external inquiries ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
Maintain office supplies support facility tours and ensure proper use of PPE for guests.
Assist in preparing reports presentations and communications for internal and external audiences.
Support the administration of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) internal audits and compliance documentation.
Foster a culture of teamwork safety and continuous improvement within operations.
Uphold Goodwills values through professionalism collaboration and mission-driven service.
What you bring to the table:
Diploma or degree in Business or Office Administration or a related field.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in an administrative retail or customer service role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and general reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional approachable and adaptable with a strong work ethic.
Demonstrated initiative problem-solving ability and sound judgment.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
