We will count on you to:
Responsible for driving net new business sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of workforce and total rewards solutions to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales proposals and presentations and negotiate and close contracts.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and differentiate them from competitors.
Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities manage leads and maintain accurate records.
What you need to have:
Be able to articulate your sales funnel.
Prove your track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Highlight your relationship building skills.
What makes you stand out:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the workforce management total rewards or similar industry.
Successful software sales experience.
Experience selling into middle and large size organizations in the NYC tri-state and/or mid Atlantic territory.
Successful professional service sales experience with a focus on driving new business.
