Votre mission si vous lacceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée Stage en gestion de projets - Développement Industriel dans le secteur de la R&T Système Propulsif (h/f) vient de souvrir au sein de la division Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse Saint-Eloi.

Saint Eloi est une usine intégrée et dynamique implantée dans le centre de Toulouse chargée du développement de lindustrialisation et de la production des mâts moteurs (pièce permettant de fixer les moteurs sous la voilure).

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 26 personnes au sein du département St-Eloi Plant Programme responsable de la performance opérationnelle et financière et de la stratégie industrielle (cadence de production montée en cadence évolutions produits et industrielles )

Votre stage consistera en lapplication de méthodes de gestion de projets dans le cadre dun projet industriel majeur dans le secteur de la Recherche & Technologies à savoir le support au pilotage du concept et lindustrialisation de nouveaux produits. Ce projet très transversal sinscrit comme un plan de préparation des produits du futur pour lusine de Saint-Eloi impliquant des nouvelles conceptions et des lancements dindustrialisation mais aussi lincorporation de nouveaux partenaires et la spécification des nouveaux moyens flux logistique.

Ce stage dune durée de 4 à 6 mois débutera idéalement en février 2025 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Participer au pilotage efficace (planning / ressources) du projet en déployant des méthodes de gestion de projets.

• Suivre et coordonner les phases de conception et dindustrialisation

• Participer aux réunions multi-métier pour le choix des nouveaux fournisseurs

• Participer à diverses revues et à la préparation des dossiers à destination du responsable de programme

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes:

• Familiarisation / déploiement des méthodes de gestion de projets

• Travail déquipe par lintégration dune équipe projet importante

• Compétence industrielle (enjeux critères et leviers de performance organisation et métiers industriels )

• Prise de recul

Votre carte dembarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en Bac 5 dans le domaine de lingénierie industrielle la gestion de projets ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

- Capacité à analyser synthétiser modéliser aisance rédactionnelle

Soft Skills :

- Vous êtes curieux dynamique rigoureux et avez le sens des initiatives.

- Vous avez une bonne capacité à collaborer : capacité de travailler en équipe et en transversal

Langues:

Anglais : Niveau avancé

Français : Courant

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled Project Management Internship - Industrial Development in the Propulsion Systems R&T sector (m/f) has just opened within the Airbus Commercial located in Toulouse Saint-Éloi site.

Saint-Eloi is a dynamic integrated plant located in the center of Toulouse responsible for the development industrialization and production of engine pylon (the part used to attach the engines under the wings).

You will join a team of 26 people in the St-Eloi Plant Program department responsible for operational and financial performance and industrial strategy (production rate ramp-up product and industrial developments etc.).

Your internship will consist in applying project management methods to a major industrial project in the Research & Technology sector namely supporting the concept management and industrialization of new products. This highly cross-functional project is a preparation plan for future products for the Saint-Eloi plant involving new designs and industrialization launches as well as the integration of new partners and the specification of new resources and logistics flows.

Ideally this is a 4 to 6 months internship and it should start in February 2025 ( date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

- Participating in the effective management (planning/resources) of the project by implementing project management methods.

- Monitoring and coordinating the design and industrialization phases.

- Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings to select new suppliers.

- Participating in various reviews and preparing files for the program manager.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

- Familiarization/deployment of project management methods

- Teamwork through the integration of a large project team

- Industrial expertise (challenges performance criteria and levers organization and industrial professions etc.)

- Peer perspective

Your boarding pass for this adventure:

You are currently pursuing a Masters degree in industrial engineering project management or an equivalent field.

You ideally possess the following skills:

Technical Skills:

- Ability to analyze synthesize model and have writing skills

Soft Skills:

- You are curious dynamic rigorous and have a sense of initiative.

- You have good collaboration skills: the ability to work in a team and across departments

Languages skills :

English: Advanced level

French: Fluent
