Job Description

Summary of major responsibilities

  • Filing and Labeling: Responsible for accurately filing and labeling mail and files ensuring a systematic organization for easy retrieval.
  • Assisting Order Entry Manager and Supervisors: Collaborate with the Order Entry Manager and supervisors to perform various tasks to streamline order processing and customer service operations.
  • Maintaining Organization: Uphold a high level of organization within the workspace including desks files and common areas.
  • Detail-oriented: Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure data entry and filing accuracy.

Job Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Assist in maintaining and organizing inventory of office supplies ensuring adequate stock for daily operations.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized office space including light cleaning and tidying.
  • Assist in decorating the office space during special occasions or holidays to create a positive and festive work environment.

Qualifications include

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication skills.

Job Type: Part-Time Hourly Position

  • Hours are Monday- Friday
    • Part-time to Full
    • Flexible start and end time
    • Typical work week is up to 40 hours or less

Compensation

  • Hourly compensation
    • $17 Per Hour
