Synertex LLC is seeking experienced Range and Training Land Program (RTLP) Lead to support sustainable range and training land operations at Greencove Springs FL. The RTLP Lead will manage range data coordinate land usage and support Army units in planning and executing training exercises.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and update range data in RCMP (Range Complex Master Plan) and ARRM (Army Range Requirements Model) systems.
- Support planning and coordination of range operations and training exercises.
- Assist with range modernization sustainment and reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with Army policies safety standards and sustainable range practices.
- Collaborate with TSC Leads STIs and operational staff to integrate training and range use effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
Security:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must successfully complete a government suitability determination prior to employment.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in range management training support or military operations planning.
- Familiarity with RCMP and ARRM tools and Army range policies.
- Strong organizational analytical and communication skills.
- Master Gunner certification or equivalent operational experience preferred.
- Ability to work on-site at Greencove Springs FL supporting multiple training units.
