In Seat Attendant | Part-Time | Santander Arena

The In-Seat Server is responsible for delivering food and beverage items from the kitchen to the guests in various sitting areas throughout the this position the server should understand the content of the menu and ensures that food is delivered in a timely fashion. The server should understand and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and help with the execution of area setup and breakdown.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.00 and is tip eligible

Santander Arena located in downtown Reading Pennsylvania is a versatile venue that serves as the home arena for the Reading Royals the ECHL affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers. The Santander Arena has hosted an array of live events including concerts Disney on Ice and other family friendly events attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors annually.

• Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
