About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer (Azure) to join a data-driveninnovation team in the automotivetechnology professional will be responsible for designing developing and optimizingdata pipelines and architectures that power advanced analytics and AIinitiatives.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in Microsoft Azurestrong data engineering experienceand a passion for building scalableautomated and high-performing data systems.
Main Responsibilities
DataPipeline Development: Design implement and maintain data ingestion transformation anddelivery pipelines in Azure.
DataSource Integration: Integrate and process data from multiple structured and unstructured sourcesboth internal and external.
PerformanceOptimization: Ensure the efficiencyreliability and scalability of data solutions across differentworkloads.
Collaboration:Work closely with Data Analysts DataScientists and Product Owners to ensure data is accurateusable and business-relevant.
DataGovernance & Quality: Apply best practices in dataquality management lineage tracking and data security.
Automation& Monitoring: Develop automated monitoring mechanismsto ensure pipeline reliability and quick issue resolution.
TechnicalDocumentation: Produce clear structured documentation of data flows architecture decisions andoperational procedures.
Mandatory Requirements
Your CV must clearly include thefollowing to be considered:
University degree in Computer Engineering Data ScienceInformation Systems or a related technical field;
5years of experience as a DataEngineer in cloud-basedenvironments (Azure);
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystemincluding:
* Azure Data Factory
* Azure Synapse Analytics
* Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2
* Azure SQL Database
* Azure Databricks
* Azure DevOps (for CI/CDpipeline automation)
Proficiencyin SQL and Python;
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
Excellent collaboration skills with experienceworking in Agile teams;
Fluencyin English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
Valued Certifications (Niceto Have)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
Holding one or both of these certifications isa significant advantage and will be prioritized in the selection process.
