We are in need of an experienced strong customer journey expert to join our Global Tribe Enterprise Content & Automation (EC&A) who can be the linking pin between business IT and our customers. With your expertise in data and stakeholder management and strong communication and analytical skills you will play a key role in ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our stakeholders. Whilst doing that you make sure that the data quality is on par.
The team
As Customer Journey Expert Data Quality & Retention you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to ensuring the accessibility and compliance of customer data and records within our global archiving services. You will play a key role in ensuring that our services not only meet regulatory requirements but also enhance the customer experience. Next to that the team is responsible for preparing and guiding stakeholders towards our target platform. They all do this in close collaboration with other teams within our tribe.
