We are in need of an experienced strong customer journey expert to join our Global Tribe Enterprise Content & Automation (EC&A) who can be the linking pin between business IT and our customers. With your expertise in data and stakeholder management and strong communication and analytical skills you will play a key role in ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our stakeholders. Whilst doing that you make sure that the data quality is on par.

The team

As Customer Journey Expert Data Quality & Retention you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to ensuring the accessibility and compliance of customer data and records within our global archiving services. You will play a key role in ensuring that our services not only meet regulatory requirements but also enhance the customer experience. Next to that the team is responsible for preparing and guiding stakeholders towards our target platform. They all do this in close collaboration with other teams within our tribe.

Roles and responsibilities

As Customer Journey Expert Data Quality & Retention you:

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of the structure and usage of the archiving services including how users interact with it
  • understand how the archiving services interact with other digital products and are able to provide solutions covering all EC&A products
  • perform metadata mapping between data sources to ensure data integration and usability across platforms
  • maintain access control management to ensure appropriate access and support compliance
  • take ownership of data quality monitoring proactively identify issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them
  • help the tribe and your team prioritize and address the most critical gaps towards target and lead projects to a meaningful customer and employee experience
  • work closely with users gather requirements collect feedback listen and challenge them so we can support them in improving their customer experience
  • bridge IT and business through understanding of client needs digitization and ensure delivery is of the right quality by defining and executing user acceptance test;
  • help manage delivery with the team in a most-efficient way fulfilling roadmap commitments and fitting (area) strategic objectives
  • nourish and manage your key stakeholders internally and externally in healthy collaboration

Furthermore:

  • You have a completed HBO/WO background with at least 3 years relevant work experience

  • You are experienced in setting up data-driven analyses turning gained insights into established improvements
  • You have a strong customer focus and are able to translate business needs into technical and functional requirement
  • You are a strong connector and experienced in stakeholder management
  • You are a naturally collaborative person who listens and invests in others to achieve common goals.
  • You love to challenge the status quo and are eager to propose creative solutions to problems.
  • You are solutions oriented capable to explain complex topics in an understandable way.
