Job Summary

Saratoga Bridges is accepting applications for the exciting role of Compliance Specialist. This person should have experience working with people with Intellectual Disabilities under OPWDD supports and regulations. This is a crucial role in supporting Quality Initiatives while supporting teams across the agency in complying with the rules and regulations we operate under. You will be helping to ensure that Saratoga Bridges remain focused on a person-centered philosophy and POMs.

Internal audits confirmation that POCAs are implemented and training is part of the role. Conducting investigations assisting with and providing support related to Part 624 compliance are also part of this persons responsibilities. This will require a person to maintain Investigator Certification as required.

Collecting analyzing and reporting out on trends found in compliance activities will lead to supporting Supervisors and Management staff to develop short- and long-range this role you will be assisting in the training of employees on regulations and compliance standards including the use of software programs.
