Location: USA Flexible/Remote Experience: 710 years Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer / Head of Marketing

Role Overview

Rancho BioSciences is seeking a hands-on strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and demand generation initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced marketer who thrives in a fast-paced high-accountability environment.

You will be an individual contributor from day one-directly managing our website campaigns and marketing platforms-while laying the groundwork to build and lead a small high-performing team as our marketing function scales.

You should be comfortable balancing strategy and execution maintaining quality under pressure and taking full ownership for results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Strategy & Execution
  • Develop execute and optimize Ranchos digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals target personas and campaign priorities.
  • Manage and integrate all digital channels-including website SEO/GEO SEM paid media email marketing webinars and social-into a cohesive demand generation engine.
  1. Website Ownership & Optimization
  • Oversee Ranchos website (HubSpot CMS) ensuring it is optimized for UX SEO/GEO and lead conversion.
  • Independently edit upload and update content and landing pages without relying on external developers.
  • Manage content updates analytics tagging and technical enhancements.
  • Collaborate with design and development partners to deliver an engaging science-driven digital experience.
  1. Marketing Technology & Operations
  • Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub for campaign automation lead scoring segmentation and reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity across HubSpot Salesforce CRM and integrated tools.
  • Track campaign attribution and maintain GDPR/CCPA compliance.
  1. Content Distribution & Social Media
  • Plan and execute organic and paid content promotion to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage targeted LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns focused on life sciences and B2B decision-makers.
  • Oversee Ranchos social media channels ensuring consistent tone messaging and visual identity.
  1. Campaign Management & Analytics
  • Plan launch and measure multi-touch campaigns to drive lead generation nurturing and brand visibility.
  • Monitor KPIs (traffic conversions lead quality cost per lead) and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Present monthly performance dashboards with actionable recommendations.

What Youll Bring

Experience & Skills

  • 710 years in digital marketing with proven B2B demand generation success; life sciences industry experience preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise in:
    • HubSpot Marketing Hub & CRM integration
    • CMS platforms (HubSpot CMS WordPress)
    • SEO/SEM Google Analytics 4 Tag Manager
    • Paid media (LinkedIn Ads Google Ads)
    • Social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Sprout Social)
  • Strong understanding of MarTech stacks marketing automation and data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.
