Were currently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time school-based role supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. This is a chance to make a genuine impact every day while working alongside a supportive collaborative team.
What Youll Do:
- Demonstrate professionalism reliability and confidentiality at all times.
- Help students build communication social and emotional regulation skills.
- Track and record behavioral data to inform progress and strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with teachers staff and families to maintain consistent positive supports.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support across academic and behavioral settings.
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA.
Requirements
Candidates should have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Previous experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred. A high school diploma is required though preference will be given to applicants who have completed some college coursework.
