Job Summary
Work Flexibility: Hybrid
What you will do:
- Support internal communication campaigns and events (e.g. newsletters intranet town halls engagement initiatives)
- Create and edit content for Viva Engage SharePoint and visual materials (posters slides videos)
- Assist in organizing employee events and recognition programs
- Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups and project teams on engagement activities
- Support daily administrative and creative tasks within the team
What we are looking for:
- Student of communication psychology HR or related fields
- Strong communication and writing skills (Polish & English)
- Creativity attention to detail and enthusiasm for teamwork
- Interest in employer branding employee experience or internal culture
