About the role

SWK has a rewarding opportunity for a Kerb Machine Operator to join the team.

The Kerb Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the kerbing machine to produce high-quality kerb in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Kerb Machine Operator to carry out a variety of tasks including:

Set out and prepare sites for kerb machine operation including stringline setup levels and alignment.
Operate kerb machines including the Slipform and Extruder safely and efficiently to produce consistent high-quality kerb.
Conduct pre-start checks routine maintenance and cleaning of kerb machines and associated plant and materials.
Organise and coordinate materials such as concrete supply and moulds
Ensure work areas are maintained in a clean safe and organised condition at all times.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

Minimum 5 years of experience in concreting kerbing or civil construction (required)
Experience operating kerbing machines including the Slipform and Extruder
Demonstrated understanding ofsite setup levels and line control for kerbing
Ability to work with a team and independently
A valid Construction White Card
Ability to travel to the Yard (Narellan) or site
Working rights in Australia
