HMR is a national contractor providing underground and surface DRILLING MINING and RAISEBORING services to clients across Australia.

Role Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Charge Up Operator to join our team for available work in the Central West NSW region.

If you are a skilled Charge Up Operator with current BUEL-ticket and with underground experience HMR is seeking you to join our FIFO/DIDO team in Central West NSW. This full-time role has minimum 6 month commitment with potential for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities

Experience in an underground Charge Up role
Safely and efficiently perform development and production charging operations
Safe transport and handling of explosives
Safe management explosives magazines
Accurately conduct and complete all explosive stock management records
Conduct pre-start inspections and safety checks
Perform basic daily maintenance on machine to maintain uptime

Qualifications / Requirements:

Hold an open & current BEUL ticket
NSW Site Security ticket
2 years experience in a similar Underground position
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Ability to meet pre-employment medical drug & alcohol screening
Police clearance (within 6 months)
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
