The pay for this position starts at $23.54/hour with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $27.84/hour.

This position is located in Leominster MA.

The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

$1000 Sign-on Bonus

Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to helping children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other psychological emotional and behavioral disorders. Through our residential and placement services in the community we help individuals learn the skills needed for independent living and making meaningful life choices. We provide supportive settings in comfortable home environments and ensure that individuals have access to services that are appropriate to their developmental level and cognitive emotional and social abilities.

As the Program Coordinator you will be responsible for the daily operations of a group home including supervision of staff management of program budget and assurance of quality milieu services. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the group home is compliant with agency state and federal contracts and regulations including all Medication Administration Protocols.

You will supervise staff run shifts and assist the Adult Services Director with development of programming for the house.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid drivers license required.
  • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a congregate care setting required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must be flexible schedule-wise in working for supporting and learning the needs of the program.
  • Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM in Rutland MA.
  • Must be MAPS certified or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
