Job Summary
- Design specific sessions based on clients individual needs.
- Promote the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
- Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with clients spa management and spa staff.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required and other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point Pre-natal Deep Tissue Sports etc.)
- Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
- Up to a $1500 Sign-On Bonus for full-time and $750 for part-time massage therapists
