Job Summary
We are looking for a Video/Imaging Software Engineer to join our team of media processing specialists. Your mission will be to design develop and implement the next-generation media processing pipeline and framework that powers exciting experiences on Apple Vision need your passion knowledge and creativity to solve complex technical challenges. You will have a unique and direct opportunity to create products that will inspire millions of Apples customers as a core member of our fast-paced group.
- Bachelor degree in CS/EE or similar fields
- 7 years experience with software development
- Experience with image and video processing
- Excellent programming skills and proficient with one of the programming languages: C/C Objective-C and Swift
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- Master degree in CS/EE or similar fields
- Experience with media formats(HEVC H264 JPEG etc).
- Experience with video capture/playback or media processing pipeline
- Experience with developing media SDKs frameworks and customer facing APIs
