Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the client System and its associated hardware components. The selected candidate will manage desk requests and resolve system-related issues to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
Complete Description:
The client Systems Administrator will work with the team to manage and optimize for the client. This position will be a technical expert for the client platform overseeing system configuration customization and ongoing support and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with clients and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of laboratory workflows and software development fundamentals. Key responsibilities include collaborating with laboratory staff IT teams vendors and leadership to ensure the system aligns with organizational requirements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and standards.
This role bridges the gap between laboratory operations and information technology requiring technical expertise and the ability to translate user needs into practical solutions.
Skills:
Bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Required 10 Years
Experience administering JTLIMS 3. X or similar Laboratory Information Management Sys including system configuration management and troubleshooting. Required 6 Years
Help desk- experience installing and configuring desktop/laptop hardware and software in an enterprise environment. Required 6 Years
Experience supporting Windows OS- management of drivers peripherals drive mapping patches and upgrades. Required 6 Years
Experience troubleshooting Local and Wide Area network connectivity- IP Domain Subnet and Wifi. Required 6 Year
Experience working in a Forensic or Health Laboratory preferably in an Information Technology role. Required 2 Years
