This is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in our growing IT organization ensuring our team has reliable secure and high-performing technology every day. As a Senior IT Engineer you will be one of the primary escalation points for IT service requests and a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders delivering exceptional support while driving continuous improvement across systems and processes. Youll own and enhance IT infrastructure endpoint management and cloud services partnering with teams across the company to ensure compliance to industry regulations and standards. This is a role for a proactive hands-on technologist with a customer-service mindset who thrives on solving complex problems streamlining operations and exploring emerging tools (especially AI) to elevate efficiency and innovation.

At Elucid we believe the best work happens in a flexible hybrid environment. Boston-area employees are encouraged to work from the office on Mondays and Wednesdays with the option to come in additional days if they prefer. Fully remote employees outside the Boston area come in as needed.
