Job Description Summary
GFL Environmental Services USA Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be accountable for answering customer calls and entering work orders for an oil-based company. We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to perform tasks that will help us grow our business and maintain current customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to all customers via telephone or
email.
Field phone calls and set up work orders and dispatch accordingly.
Work closely with drivers for Logistics routing and dispatch.
Receive and resolve within established guidelines customer questions and concerns.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Monitor resolve and document customer issues.
Obtain relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Provide established pricing and assist in confirming scheduling if needed.
Retrieve pertinent customer information for credit approval to set up new customer
accounts when Sales Team requests help.
Manage customer accounts.
Accounts Receivable and collection (when needed).
Keep track and follow up on customer interactions when necessary
Tracking of data in Teams.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.
Maintain a positive attitude and promote the GFL Environmental image by focusing on
cooperation employee partnership and positive telephone and email manners.

Knowledge Skills and Key Competencies:

Minimum of 2 years CSR experience.
Associates degree in business preferred but not required.
Possess ability to speak and communicate effectively with customers and employees both
verbally and in writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to organize multiple projects and have excellent multitasking skills.
Microsoft Teams knowledge a plus but not required.
Good problem-solving ability.
