Job Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect

Location: Fairfax / Tampa / Daleville

Clearance Required: Minimum of a NACI

Position Overview:

Plateau GRP is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of a next-generation Salesforce CRM platform supporting U.S. Air Force recruiting operations. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and development with a focus on scalable secure and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design and implementation of the solution ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
Apply expert knowledge of Salesforce architecture Apex Lightning Web Components Visualforce and integration technologies.
Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and platform standards.
Provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle from concept through deployment and support.

Requirements

Bachelors degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce technical architecture roles.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification (required)
Expertise in Salesforce architecture and development including Apex Lightning Web Components Visualforce and integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.

Preferred Qualifications:

7 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
