Responsibilities:
Build and maintain applications using Power Apps and automated workflows using Power Automate
Design build and deploy intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Engineer advanced prompts and conversational flows to drive meaningful AI interactions
Integrate Copilot agents and Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and external APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Apply agentic AI principles (e.g. planning decision-making self-reflection) to enhance agent autonomy and capability
Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR
Required Qualifications:
13 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate)
Experience developing conversational agents using Copilot Studio Power Virtual Agents or LLM platforms
Strong prompt engineering capabilities for generative AI interactions
Familiarity with Dataverse SharePoint and common Power Platform data sources
Ability to design business workflows and journey maps that are intuitive and impactful
Strong communication and analytical skills with a consultative mindset
Required Education: Related University Degree
Preferred Education: Post-Graduate degree (e.g. MBA MPA or MPP) or additional professional designation (e.g. CPA PMP Lean or PROSCI)
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with agentic AI design patterns or frameworks
Exposure to Power Pages Azure OpenAI or Microsoft Cognitive Services
Understanding of Power Platform ALM governance and security best practices
Experience integrating solutions with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Git) in a low-code development environment
