Concrete Finisher

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Place and finish concrete using a variety of hand and power tools
• Set forms for all concrete applications including: slabs foundations sidewalks curbing and paving
• Set forms for all concrete applications while maintaining proper control (grade and line)
• Tie rebar for all applications of concrete including: foundations slabs and walls

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently
• Must be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the day
• Must be able to perform tasks while walking climbing bending kneeling crouching reaching and handling

Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on experience and performance.

Other considerations:

• All offers of employment are conditioned by successfully passing a background check drug screen and physical capacity test
• Wages are based on experience and performance
• Must be able to work outside the normal operating hours (7am-4pm winter/fall 7am-3:30pm spring/summer)
• Employees are responsible for transportation to and from the job site

• Tool Bag (Includes Framing Hammer - Min 16 oz. 25 Tape Measure Nail Bag Nail Puller Quick Square Utility Knife)
• Wire Wheel & Plyers
• Chalk Line
• 4 Level
• 10-12 lb. Sledge Hammer
• Magnesium Hand Float
• 14 x 3 Finish Trowel
• Rubber Boots
